Items purchased on our website may be returned or exchanged within 5 days from when you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging (gift box and/or pouch) and tag. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 5 days but not later than 30 days, a credit will be issued at the original selling price. ​

Please, email sales@lksister.com  for return requests and instructions. Provide your name, address, order number and reason for return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. Shipping costs will be refunded on all approved returns. ​

 

Allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.

Customers living outside FL are responsible for paying use tax in their state on the items when they receive them.
